Introducing Jayshree Naidoo, new Inovar Floor Sandton Owner and Director.
Jayshree, a well-known and respected industry supplier, originally from the steel industry where she worked for 23 years overseeing the manufacture of lighting, chandeliers and security solutions to design professionals, was looking for new opportunities. With her passion for interiors she joined Inovar Floor Sandton as the General Manager in 2020. Since then the franchise has grown from strength to strength and in January 2022 she purchased the Sandton franchise.
Q & A with Jayshree
What inspired you to start this business?
During the pandemic we found homeowners redoing and improving their interiors. I bought the business because I have always had a keen interest in interior finishes and saw an opportunity to grow the Inovar brand.
What sets your products apart from the rest?
Our service delivery, with owner managed and run installation teams we take pride and great care in our craft with a full range of quality products from reputable suppliers we have long stating relationships with. We offer a 2 year installation warranty on all our work.
How have your products and business evolved over the years?
Originally only offering wood and laminate flooring, we now offer a full range of vinyl SPC and glue down vinyl too.
